Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Macneil AI Agents platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your organization to this agreement. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You accept responsibility for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and comply with all applicable laws. See our Acceptable Use Policy for prohibited uses.

5. Subscription and Billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may update pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Free Trial

Your 14-day free trial will automatically convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends. We will send reminder notifications before conversion.

7. Intellectual Property

Macneill Mart retains all rights to the Platform. You retain ownership of your data. You grant us a license to process your data to provide the service.

8. Customer Data

We process your data per the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum. You grant us limited license to process data to provide the service and improve platform functionality.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect the other's confidential information. This does not apply to information that is publicly available or independently developed.

10. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You indemnify Macneill Mart against claims arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these terms.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement. Upon termination, your data is available for export for 30 days before permanent deletion.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are resolved by courts in India.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use indicates acceptance of updated terms.
